Promotional Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotional competition (“Competition”) is organised by FreshStop Holdings (Pty) Ltd and its appointed agency, PESSO Marketing CC (“the Promoters”).
2. Competition Period
The Competition runs from 00:00 on 1 June 2026 until 23:59 on 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.
3. Eligibility
The Competition is open to all South African residents who:
- Are 18 years of age or older;
- Possess a valid South African ID document or passport;
- Comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The following persons are not eligible to enter:
- Employees, directors, members, partners, agents, consultants and suppliers of the Promoters;
- Immediate family members of any of the above;
- Any person directly or indirectly involved in the administration of the Competition.
4. How to Enter
To qualify for entry, participants must:
- Spend R100 or more on participating products at any participating FreshStop store nationwide.
- Enter using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Scan the promotional QR code and follow the prompts.
Option 2: WhatsApp “FRESHSTOP JOJO” to 066 022 8456 and follow the prompts.
Option 3: SMS:
JOJO + FreshStop Store Name + Your Name + Unique Till Slip Number
to 35618.
- Retain the original till slip as proof of purchase.
Standard network rates may apply.
5. Multiple Entries
Participants may enter multiple times during the promotional period, provided that:
- Each entry is linked to a separate qualifying purchase;
- Each entry uses a unique till slip number;
- The original till slip is retained as proof of purchase.
Duplicate entries using the same till slip will be disqualified.
6. Prize Details
Participants stand a chance to win:
Grand Prizes
- One of 30 x 2,400L JoJo Tank Systems, each valued at approximately R11,500, including an installation voucher.
Fuel Voucher Prizes
- One of 9 x R5,000 Fuel Vouchers.
Fuel vouchers will be awarded as follows:
- Astron Energy Rewards vouchers redeemable through the Astron Energy Rewards App; or
- Caltex Fuel Voucher Cards redeemable at participating Caltex service stations nationwide.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through random draws conducted by an independent auditor on the following dates:

8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted telephonically using the contact details supplied during entry.
Should a winner:
- Not be reachable after three (3) call attempts within two (2) working days; or
- Fail the verification process within two (2) working days,
the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publication of Winners
Winners may be requested to participate in publicity related to the Competition, including social media, digital, print, radio or television promotions.
Participation in publicity activities is voluntary and winners may decline.
10. General Prize Conditions
- Prizes are not transferable.
- Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
- Only one prize may be won per participant during the promotional period.
- The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.
11. Exclusions
This Competition is not dependent on the purchase of:
- Petroleum products;
- Bus tickets;
- Electricity purchases;
- Value-added services.
12. Limitation of Liability
Participation in the Competition is at the participant’s own risk.
The Promoters, their agencies, affiliates, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of any prize.
13. Changes to the Competition
The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the Competition or any aspect thereof at any time where reasonably necessary.
Any amendments will be published on the FreshStop website.
14. Protection of Personal Information
Personal information collected during the Competition will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information will be used solely for purposes relating to the administration of the Competition and related communications.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
