Watermelon Christmas Tree

Ingredients

 Quarter of a watermelon

80 g white chocolate, melted

Method

 Cut the watermelon quarter in 1 cm slices, then halve the slices lengthways creating taller triangles. Divide the rind into three and cut the outer two sections away, leaving a base to your Christmas tree.

Put the melted chocolate into a piping bag and cut a small hole to pipe with. Decorate your watermelon Christmas tree with your desired patterns.
