Tshepo Kabutu, who is originally from Bloemfontein, was appointed as FreshStop’s new Online Community Manager. He joined the Digital

Team on 1 October last year and has already made a big difference in how they manage all the queries or complaints coming in via social media.

Tshepo has studied Communication and Digital Marketing and has a passion for the world of communications and customer relations; and he speaks six languages too. “I am always eager to learn new things and provide great customer service for everyone I interact with,” says Tshepo.

After hours, he is also a singer (lead singer in a band), songwriter and is passionate about creating social change through music and the creative arts.

“I have been part of many Art NGOs that help young people from underprivileged backgrounds discover their passions and pursue them.”
