We are currently recruiting for the following position: 

Store Manager

Location: North West Region

 

This position will be based in our Freshstop Buffelspark, North West and will report directly to the Owner.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide our customers with a world-class shopping experience which makes them feel special by delivering exceptional store standards, managing an efficient store, ensuring colleagues feel proud, valued and part of the FreshStop family.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12
  • Retail Management diploma would be advantageous
  • At least 3 – 5 years working experience as a Store Manager in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Retail/Warehouse Environment
  • Available and flexible to work different shifts across trading and none trading hours

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Kitchen management
  • Hygiene systems implementation and management
  • Staff Management (i.e. HR/Payroll)
  • Admin Management
  • Symphonix system knowledge & Management
  • Stock management
  • Customer Relations
  • Promo set-up and monitoring

 

PERSON SPEC:          

  • Entrepreneurial
  • Passion for food
  • Knowledge of fruit & veg
  • Attention to detail
  • Numeric skills & a general understanding of basic financial management
  • Have proven problem solving skills
  • Requires minimal supervision
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be able to deliver according to strict deadlines
  • Computer literate
