Store Manager
Location: North West Region

This position will be based in our Freshstop Buffelspark, North West and will report directly to the Owner.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide our customers with a world-class shopping experience which makes them feel special by delivering exceptional store standards, managing an efficient store, ensuring colleagues feel proud, valued and part of the FreshStop family.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Retail Management diploma would be advantageous
- At least 3 – 5 years working experience as a Store Manager in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Retail/Warehouse Environment
- Available and flexible to work different shifts across trading and none trading hours
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Kitchen management
- Hygiene systems implementation and management
- Staff Management (i.e. HR/Payroll)
- Admin Management
- Symphonix system knowledge & Management
- Stock management
- Customer Relations
- Promo set-up and monitoring
