With the opening of the brand new FreshStop at Caltex Riverside Filling Station on 3 September 2019 on the R40 at Riverside Park in Mbombela (Nelspruit), residents and commuters have been introduced to a host of new food offerings. The new site includes Crispy Chicken, Grill to Go and Sausage Saloon outlets in-store as well as a full Seattle Coffee bar with Barista service and ample seating to sit down and enjoy it all.
The brand new Caltex fuel forecourt offers the latest in fuel, lubricant and dispensing pump technology. For additional convenience, an ABSA ATM is available to clientele. The modern and fresh FreshStop store offers a range of fresh fruit and vegetables, a variety of grocery items, a Grab n Go section with pies and takeaway hot food items as well as snacks and refreshments. There is a full bakery on-site as well as free wifi for customers.
The owners of FreshStop at Caltex Riverside Filling Station, who are all local residents of Mbombela, have been in the fuel retail and fast food industries for the past 16 years and bring a wealth of expertise with them. They are acclaimed in their fields having received the Regional Award for Brand Dealer of the Year several times (Platinum Winners 2013, Gold Winners 2015, Bronze Winners 2016 and Gold winners 2018).
