According to Pearl Morifi, the Store Retailer at the new FreshStop at Caltex Daveyton store, “Our store will offer a fantastic new fresh and exciting range of food offerings and services for our customers. In addition, our fuel forecourt has been upgraded to reflect the new 20/20 Caltex imagery”.
Previously an unbranded store, the newly branded FreshStop at Caltex Daveyton opened its doors on Thursday, 30 March 2017 on the corner ofEiselen and Turton Streets in Daveyton, Gauteng. As the 252nd store in the FreshStop national network, FreshStop at Caltex Daveyton offers customers a wide selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, a range of grocery items, and Grab n Go snacks such as freshly baked cakes, pies, sandwiches and refreshments. In addition to the self-service Lavazza coffee and FNB ATM, which will be installed during April, a complete shopping convenience is available to customers and commuters.
“I acquired this business in 2015 and ever since, we have strived significantly to improve customer service level, which is reflected in the increased fuel sale volumes. The new FreshStop store came about as a result of the numerous customer queries and requests to enhance the customer shopping experience for motorist and pedestrian customers in the area. We are proud of this conversion and we are really grateful to the FreshStop brand for the opportunity, which has enabled us to be a part of different social development making us a proud contributor to our vibrant community”, says Pearl.
Pearl Morifi was born and bred in Daveyton and has been in the fuel retail business for five years. With her Chemical qualification and experience in marketing and business management, Pearl has worked in a number of industries in her career and put her entrepreneurial skills to good use. “At FreshStop Daveyton, customers can expect high standards, quality shopping convenience combined with friendly service from our highly trained staff,” adds Pearl.
