This busy business and commercial area has a spanking new kid on the block with the opening of FreshStop at Caltex 9 Sefako Drive in Sinoville, Pretoria North on 11 May 2017. The entire site (which previously housed the old Caltex Zambezi garage) was demolished and now boasts a brand new Caltex fuel forecourt and FreshStop store that offers commuters, residents and businesspeople a range of new food and service offerings.
Jaap Lee, the Store Retailer, a businessman with more than 10 years experience in owning and managing filling stations in Doornpoort and Villiera, is a local resident of the area. “We are so incredibly excited about the grand opening of this completely new business in the Oilstar Branded Investor cluster. The modern FreshStop store offers a host of new food categories that include great coffee, biltong, doughnuts and hotdogs. It’s a great new shopping experience for all who visit our store,” explains Lee.
As the 253rd store in the national network, FreshStop 9 Sefako Drive offers a host of new food brands – stop by for a great coffee from the full-service Seattle Coffee Bar with Barista and complement your caffeine boost with a freshly-made hot and delicious doughnut from Doughnut Delite. For lunch on the run, the store features a Vusi’s Hotdogs outlet as well as a Biltong Bar for a quick healthy snack.
In addition to the above, the store also has a selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, a range of grocery items as well as freshly-prepared sandwiches, salads, wraps, pies and FreshStop smoothies in the Grab n Go section.
Convenience is key at this FreshStop at Caltex. Open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, the site boasts five ATMs as well as a brand new Montana Batteries retail outlet, which provides a daily (and after hours) service for vehicles batteries, power supplies and fitments.
This FreshStop at Caltex site has resulted in more than 30 new jobs being created, mostly for people from the surrounding areas. The enthusiasm of the team is palpable and this dedicated team of men and women have been extensively trained and are eager to provide customers with the friendliest and best service possible.
