Ingredients
2 slices brown bread
10 ml (2 tsp) butter or margarine
15 ml (1 Tbsp) mayonnaise
Lettuce, to taste
3 tomato slices
4-5 slices cucumber
45 ml (3 Tbsp) cheese, grated
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Method
Spread the butter/margarine on the bread followed by the mayonnaise.
Pack the lettuce, tomato, cucumber and cheese on one of the bread slices, season with salt and pepper and close the sandwich with the remaining slice of bread.
