Ever wonder what to do with your leftover Easter eggs? Here is a cool recipe both you and the kids will love!

Freezing Time: 1 hour

Prepare a 20cm x 20cm tin and line with parchment paper, and set aside.

In a food processor, blend almonds until fine and ground. While processing, gradually add the honey until fully incorporated.

Transfer the almond mixture to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients, and mix well. Spoon mixture into the prepared tin and evenly press down.

Place in the freezer for 1 hour or until firm.

Once firm, remove the mixture from the tin and cut it into 16 squares. Keep in the fridge to ensure it stays firm.
