Cooking time: 2-3 minutes
Setting time for Jelly: 2-3 hours or overnight
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
- 500ml (2 cups) Monster energy Drink or 500ml (2 cups) Score Energy Drink
- 10 g gelatin powder
- 4x 250ml (4 cups) Original Ricoffy Iced Coffee
- Flake Chocolate, to garnish
Method
In a saucepan, heat the energy drink slightly. Once warm, sprinkle the gelatine powder and whisk well until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a shallow tin and allow it to be set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight. Once set, cut the squares.
Spoon the squares of energy drink jelly into a glass and pour the Ricoffy Iced coffee over the Jelly. Top with cream, flake it and enjoy!
