Ingredients

 

1 large flour tortilla/wrap

20 ml (4 tsp) mayonnaise

Lettuce, to taste

4 tomato slices

5 slices cucumber

60 ml (1/4 cup) cheese, grated

Salt and black pepper, to taste

 

Method

 

Place the wrap on your work surface and spread the mayonnaise on the wrap. Place all your filling goodies in the middle of the wrap in a neat row leaving about 2-3 cm open at the top and bottom, season to taste. Fold the bottom of the wrap closed and then roll up.
