On Thursday, 28 March 2019, FreshStop at Caltex’s brand new site opened on the corner of Pretoria Main Road and Chadwick Avenue in Wynberg, Johannesburg. Situated on the border of Alexandra, the site provides local residents and commuters a 24-hour convenience shopping experience in the hub of the area.
FreshStop Pan Africa offers customers a range of fresh fruit and vegetables, a variety of grocery items, and a Grab n Go section with a selection of snacks and refreshments such as fresh sandwiches, drinks and pies. In addition, the site offers a Grill to Go outlet, a self-service House of Coffees machine and a Pitstop Café with a selection of hot takeaway meals.
Store Retailer, Richard Israelsohn, has been an investor in the Alexandra area for some time and has been looking forward to the store opening. “I am extremely excited about being able to offer our customers a great product at a great price in a convenient location. This store will bring convenience and opportunity to the local community as we’ve been able to create jobs through the opening of this site,” says Richard.
