French Toast Croissant

Serves 2 people



2 croissants

2 eggs

30 ml (2 Tbsp) milk

15 ml (1 Tbsp) butter

Yoghurt, to serve

Mixed berries, to serve

Golden syrup, to serve


Cut the croissants in half and set them aside. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Soak the croissants in the egg mixture for a few seconds, then place them in a heated and buttered pan. Cook on both sides until golden brown.

Transfer onto a plate and serve with yoghurt, berries, and golden syrup.
