Promotion period:
This promotion is valid from 8th March 2023 to 2nd April 2023, or while stocks last.
Prizes:
Purchase any two Piemans Classic Pies from participating Freshstop stores and receive a PIEMANS/DC SUPERHERO YOYO for free.
How to enter:
- Buy any 2 Classic Pies from participating Freshstop stores.
- Present your till slip to the cashier and request your FREE YOYO
- The cashier needs to cancel the slip indicating that the YOYO has been received.
T&Cs:
- This competition/promotion is conducted by Freshstop and applicable at all FRESHSTOP at CALTEX/ Astron Energy stores in South Africa.
- This competition is open to any consumer who purchases two Piemans Classic Pies from any participating FreshStop store.
- The competition will run from 8th March 2023 – 2ND April 2023 or while stocks last.
- Customers may participate as many times as they like, provided each entry meets the criteria specified in these terms and conditions
- Winners are required to supply their till slip proving the Purchase to redeem their yoyo
- The competition may be terminated at any time when the store runs out of stock.
- Yoyo’s may not be exchanged for cash or any other product whatsoever.
- Any violation or suspicion or attempt to violate any of these rules will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion.
- Freshstop cannot be held responsible for any injury or damages caused whatsoever, by way of participating in this initiative, or by the use of the prizes on offer, by the winners or any third parties
- FRESHSTOP is not responsible for any warranty/guarantee in respect of any of the prizes.
- Freshstop may in its sole discretion amend these terms and conditions at any time, by posting such amendment on the poster placed at each of the FRESHSTOP at CALTEX / Astron Energy stores.
- If required, as a result of a change in legislation by the Minister of Trade Industry declaring the competition unlawful or the Department of Energy declaring the competition unlawful, Freshstop reserves the right to terminate the promotion immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Freshstop, its promotional agents, and/or Astron Energy South Africa
- At the end of the Competition, all FRESHSTOP obligations regarding the competition as well as in regard to the prize shall cease to exist
