Ginger Biscuit Lights

Makes 8-10 biscuits



 500 ml (2 cups) icing sugar, sifted

1 egg white

2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) water

Green food colouring

200 g Crunch ’n Munch ginger biscuits

45 g chocolate M&Ms, cut in half


 First make the icing by combining the icing sugar, egg white and water together. Once the icing is smooth, transfer a 1/4 of the mixture into a separate bowl and add your desired amount of green food colouring. Mix well.

Spoon the white icing and the green icing into different piping bags and cut a small hole in each.

Cover each biscuit with the white icing and pipe a string using the green icing. Place the halved M&Ms on the green line, creating the look of Christmas lights.
