Oat and Smoothie Bowl:

Cook oats how you like them, make sure they are a bit thicker than usual. Place oats or muesli in the bottom of the bowl. Top it with the FreshStop smoothie, and then top it with a beautiful array of fresh seasonal fruits.

- All you need to do is:
Add some oats with a liquid in the jar. Liquids = milk, coconut milk, Almond Milk, yoghurt, Soy milk – your choice. Then

- Chocolatey = Cocoa or Cacao or Cacao Nibs
- Honey or Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Beans
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Turmeric
- Nut Butters (Almond, Peanut, Cashew etc.)
- Finely Chopped or Blended Fruits (Like an apple puree, berries, dates, bananas, passion fruits etc etc.)
If you want it to look amazing then layer it! Pop it in the fridge overnight and grab it to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning.
For those who have a blender, grab your fresh ingredients and whip up these smoothie bowls:
PINA COLADA BOWL:
- Half a coconut
- 125g Double cream yoghurt
- 4 tbsp Coconut, shaved or desiccated
- 1/3 Pineapple (medium size), cubed
- 2 tbsp Walnuts chopped
- 1/2 tsp Chia seeds
- 3 Fresh Mint leaves
Mix the yoghurt and 2 tbsp coconut together. Spoon this into the halved coconut. Mix the cubed pineapple, chopped walnuts and remaining coconut together and spoon this mixture on top of the yoghurt in the coconut. Sprinkle with chia seeds, garnish with mint leaves and it is ready to serve!
BANANA AND KIWI BOWL:
- Half a coconut
- 125g  Double cream yoghurt
- 2 Kiwi peeled and cut into slices
- 1Â Banana, peeled and cut into slices
- 2 tbsp Almonds ( chopped )
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
Place the yoghurt, slices of one kiwi and half a banana into a blender and blitz for one minute. Pour this into the halved coconut. Top with slices of kiwi and banana. Sprinkle with the chopped almonds, blueberries and it is ready to serve!
SUMMER MIX BOWL:
- Half a coconut
- 125g  Double cream yoghurt
- 150g  Strawberries
- 125g  Fresh Mixed fruit salad
- 2 tbsp Cashew nuts chopped
Place the yoghurt and 100g of strawberries into a blender and blitz for one minute. Pour this into the halved coconut. Mix the fresh fruit salad mix and chopped cashews together, then spoon this onto the yoghurt in the halved coconut. Garnish with 50g strawberry halves and it is ready to serve!
MUESLI AND DRIED FRUIT BOWL:
- Half a Coconut
- 125g  Double cream yoghurt
- 125g  Food Lover’s Cranberry and apple muesli
- 2 tbsp Dried apricots, chopped
- 2 tbsp Dried Bananas, chopped
- 2 tbsp Dried Mango slices, chopped
- 2 tbsp Pistachio Nuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp Goji Berries
Mix together the muesli and yoghurt until combined. Place this mixture into the halved coconut. Mix the chopped dried fruits together and spoon this on top of the yoghurt in the halved coconut. Sprinkle with the chopped pistachio nuts, goji berries and it is ready to serve!
