Berea, the gracious suburb overlooking the city of Durban in KwaZulu-Natal, welcomed its first Grill to Go outlet as the new FreshStop at Caltex Che Guevara store opened its doors on 27 September 2018. Located at 71 Che Guevara Road, Greyville in Durban.
Along with the Caltex fuel forecourt which received an image upgrade, the previously unbranded on-site store was completely upgraded and refurbished into a modern FreshStop shopping destination. The store, which is the 285th FreshStop store nationally, offers a range of fresh fruit and vegetables, a selection of grocery items and convenient Grab n Go snacks. In addition, there will be a variety of hot foods to take away, push-button Caturra Arabica coffee and best of all, a Grill to Go outlet offering hungry customers healthier grilled options such as delicious value for money grilled chicken and beef burgers.
The Store Retailer, Trevor Visvanathan, has been in the fuel retail industry for decades and brings with him immense experience and expertise. His FreshStop at Caltex portfolio includes the Bird Sanctuary site in Pietermaritzburg and FreshStop Christiaan de Wet in Gauteng. Trevor has also just opened FreshStop Redhill in Durban North and will be opening his 5th site later this year in Sherwood. “I am passionate about the industry and proud to be Chairman of the FreshStop Franchise Forum. FreshStop at Caltex Che Guevara will also soon be offering ATMs on-site.
