Banana Santa Snack

Makes 6 banana Santa snacks

Ingredients

6 skewers

3 bananas, peeled and cut in half

6 strawberries, stem removed

3 large white marshmallows, cut into 1/2 cm slices

6 small white marshmallows

6 Smarties, preferably red but any colour will do

10 g dark chocolate, melted

Method

To assemble the banana Santa snack, slide the banana onto a skewer followed by a slice of marshmallow and a strawberry. Top it off with a small marshmallow. Using the melted chocolate, stick a Smartie onto the banana and dot two eyes above it.
